CQ WPX RTTY contest

This weekend the bands sprung into life with some RTTY, and I decided to join in the fun. Operating with the Secret Nuclear Bunker call MX0SNB certainly drummed up some business.

Despite the odd interruption I managed 359 QSO in 52 countries. You can read the operating report and see some further pictures here.

Dave enjoys all aspects of the hobby from contesting in a wet cold field (OK enjoys is a bit strong) to building beams and working big DX. Portable VHF and HF can provide lots of opportunity to try new things, test out antenna and enjoy a field day based curry.
