A visiting LEFARS quiz team, Peter G0IAP, \u00a0Chris G8OCV and George M1GEO, \u00a0made their way over to Eltham, London SE9 and the Cray Valley Radio Society (CVRS) to participate in their inter-club quiz on Thursday 3rd December 2015. CVRS, founded in 1946 and now in its 70th year, \u00a0is\u00a0active in contesting, national and international, HF to UHF. \u00a0They also run training courses at \u00a0Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced level. \u00a0(Further information on their website\u00a0www.cvrs.or<\/a>g).<\/p>\n

LEFARS won after a bit of confusion with the scoring and a recount!<\/p>\n

LEFARS are due to host a return match in the future.<\/p>\n
