Fish and Chips Night (19th November 2021)
Eighteen diners were at the club’s Fish and Chip night on November 19th. Organised by David M0VID, the extensive 5-page menu had been made available online so that pre-ordering would minimise the delay and allow for a single collection. The chippie was in Manford Way, Chigwell (The Brothers Fish & Chips). There were an extra 2 orders at the last minute but David M0VID arrived at 20:15 with a large box of food and all of the orders. Sorting out each order from the individually-wrapped items was helped with John G0VEH cross-checking and also taking the money.
The tables had been arranged along the room and condiments etc laid out in readiness. Dave (the tea) G3ZXF was dispensing tea, coffee and good cheer during the evening.
